The Swan's menus, inspired by Executive Chef and Master Chef of Great Britain, David Ryan, are made using fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients and their popularity needs no further endorsement than the impeccable and outstanding feedback received throughout the year. The Swan also has a long-established reputation for serving traditional afternoon teas and guests from around the world have come to sample them. Freshly baked scones with jam and clotted cream, homemade cakes and finger sandwiches, presented on traditional tiered cake stands, are served in the cosy lounge or in the garden during the Summer months.
