Our Suffolk culinary masterclasses are a fantastic way to improve your culinary knowledge and discover the gastronomic delights of Suffolk’s rich culinary culture. In each masterclass, you’ll get a front row seat to a cooking demonstration from our Head Chef Justin Kett, the creative inspiration behind our award-winning Two AA Rosette Gallery Restaurant. Come and learn Justin’s secrets behind another a fantastic Suffolk recipe before sitting down to savour a two course lunch paired with a glass of one of our delicious wines.

 

For £39.95 per person, our Suffolk Culinary Masterclasses include:
  • 10.15am – enjoy complimentary coffee and homemade biscuits and meet our Head Chef
  • An inspirational cookery demonstration complete with recipes and taste samplings
  • A two course lunch and a glass of wine
  • Coffee or tea to finish
Masterclasses start at 10.15am and can accommodate up to 20 people, so they are also ideal for adding something different to a private event or party.
