We’ve joined with local Lavenham Butchers to offer a small game butchery masterclass and dinner on Wednesday 26th April 2017.
Watch the award winning butchers’ demonstration between 6pm and 7.30pm and learn how to make the most of the game you shoot yourself; you can also receive advice on how to hang game to develop the best flavour.
Partners, or guests not wishing to join the masterclass, could choose to book a treatment in our Weavers’ House Spa. Alternatively, they can relax in the Airmen’s Bar, which is full of WWII memorabilia from the US and UK servicemen who were stationed nearby.
Afterwards meet up in our private dining room at 7.45pm for a three-course game dinner created by AA two rosette Head Chef, Justin Kett, featuring locally sourced game for the main course.
The small game butchery masterclass and dinner is £50 per person while the dinner only is £40; drinks, spa treatments and use of the spa cost extra.
