Enjoy a taster of one of the stunning recipes from Head Chef Justin's Culinary Classes - this one is from the class Christmas made easy.

Five minute soft centre chocolate pudding

370g dark chocolate
370g butter
6 eggs
6 egg yolks
180g caster sugar
30g plain flour
Butter- soft for dariole moulds
Cocoa powder- for dariole moulds

1. Pre heat oven to 190c
2. Butter and cocoa dust 12 small dariole moulds
3. Melt chocolate in mixing bowl over simmering water
4. Add butter and leave to melt
5. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, yolk and sugar until thickened
6. Whisk in melted chocolate
7. Add sifted flour and fold quickly
8. Pipe mixture into dariole mould ¾ full
9. Set in fridge
10. Take out of fridge 20 minutes before required
11. Bake at 190c for five 5 minutes, leave to settle, turn out and serve
