New Brasserie Supper Club at Swan at Lavenham

The 15th century Swan Hotel at Lavenham has launched a new Supper Club in its contemporary style Brasserie featuring an exquisite new main course every week. Created from fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the seasonal dish will be offered with a carefully matched glass of wine all for just £10 per person.

Working together, the hotel’s Sommelier François Belin and Head Chef Justin Kett, will be using their skills to ensure the food and wine complement each other and bring out the subtle flavours and aromas of both.

Overlooking the courtyard garden, the bright, airy Brasserie is a delightful fusion of contemporary furnishings and medieval features; the original stone floor, open fireplaces and stained glass windows blend easily to provide an informal atmosphere where guests can relax and dine in comfort.

The Supper Club offer is available Sunday to Thursday evening from 6pm with last orders at 9pm. Booking is recommended by calling The Swan on 01787 247477 or email bookatable@theswanatlavenham.co.uk. For more information about the hotel visit www.theswanatlavenham.co.uk.
