The experience begins at 7.00pm with an aperitif and canapés in the lounge. This will be followed by a three-course dinner served at 7.30pm with a new wine to match each course of the dinner, expertly designed to perfectly complement.31 May 2013

Gut Oggau is a 13 hectares Austrian wine estate located in the province of Burgenland by the Lake Neusiedl. Today the estate is run by Eduard Tscheppe and his wife Stephanie Tscheppe-Eselböck. With a focus on quality as a permanent quest, their aim is to achieve a natural vine balance and process the grapes as gently as possible, allowing them to make the best use of their vineyard's strength. Complex and original, there is no surprise to find some of their cuvées in the best restaurants around Europe.
Only 15 to 18,000 bottles are produced a year, meaning Gut Oggau's wines are one of the most sought after wines of Austria.
