FULL-TIME RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBERS
We are seeking full-time Restaurant Team Members to join the team in our Gallery Restaurant at the award winning Swan Hotel & Spa in Lavenham, a 15th century 4 Red star hotel set in beautiful medieval countryside village in Suffolk.
The Restaurant Team are responsible for ensuring that we offer a warm and professional welcome to our guests and that they receive an exceptional experience through the provision of seamless and efficient service. The successful candidate will need to be a confident and effective communicator who can demonstrate their ability to converse with guests and colleagues at all levels.
You will ideally have experience working within a hotel/restaurant environment.
PART-TIME RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBERS
We are seeking part-time Restaurant Team Members to join the team in our 2 AA rosette Gallery Restaurant at the award winning Swan Hotel Lavenham, a 15th century 4 Red star hotel set in beautiful medieval countryside village in Suffolk.
The positions are to cover breakfast (7am to 12pm) and Afternoon Tea (11.30am to 6pm).
You will ideally have experience working within a hotel/restaurant environment. It is important that you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working as part of a team.
FULL-TIME BRASSERIE & LOUNGE TEAM MEMBER
We are seeking a full-time individual to join our Brasserie and Lounge team and provide courteous, efficient and knowledgeable service in line with AA 4 Red Star standards. Individual must be ‘forward thinking’ and take the initiative to anticipate/consider guest needs to ensure they have a memorable visit.
• Passion for food and wine
• Desire for delivering consistently high standards of service
• Excellent presentation and organization skills
• Able to work full time and meet the requirement to work a flexible shift pattern
• Good command of the English language
• Previous experience in running small events
• Previous experience in a 4 red star/5 star hotel environment or equivalent
• Sound culinary and beverage knowledge
