Stay For Victory
Stay For Victory
available for stays between April 1st and May 31st 2020
The Swan couldn’t be a more apt location to visit whilst revelling in the memory of VE day. This year marks the 75th anniversary for Victory in Europe and so we would like to invite you to celebrate with our ‘Stay for Victory’ package. Not only will you save 15% on your 1-night stay throughout April and May, but we’ll be gifting the 75th booker of this fabulous package a £75 voucher! After what may have been a long journey to reach us, we’ll welcome you with tea and 1940’s inspired fruit cake, one of a few little touches we’ve added to keep within the theme of VE day. You are then free to spend your time before dinner as you wish, whether that be exploring the boutique shops around Lavenham, visiting St Peter and St Paul’s church, or simply relaxing in amongst the beams of our 15th Century hotel (not forgetting the Airmen’s bar!). Enjoy the elegant, fine dining experience that our Gallery restaurant offers, with a 3-course evening meal, as well as our delicious full Suffolk breakfast in the morning. As a parting gift, we’ll wave you off with a recipe card, enabling you to remember your ‘Stay for Victory’ getaway through the joy of home cooking.
The details of this package are as follows;
Welcome tea and VE day themed cake
