An Evening with Caroline and Tom Bridge - Winners of BBC's Race Across the World 2025
Thursday 18th September 2025 | 6:30pm
A night of extraordinary storytelling, soul-searching and self-discovery is coming to The Swan as we host An Evening with Caroline and Tom Bridge, the winners of this year’s BBC hit show Race Across the World.
The evening will give fans of the show the opportunity to hear from the Suffolk pair who were triumphant in racing 8,700 miles across Asia, from the Great Wall of China to the southernmost tip of India.
The night will begin at 6:30pm with a champagne and canapé reception sponsored by Laurent-Perrier.
This will be followed by a 20-minute storytelling session with Caroline and Tom where you will hear first-hand about their adventures.
A specially curated three-course meal is included where each course has an option either inspired by the countries they visited or the county we call home.
The evening will also feature a live Q&A compered by Ellen Widdup, a former award-winning national newspaper journalist, and a charity auction featuring a variety of prizes to support St Nicholas Hospice, East Anglian Air Ambulance and Hospitality Action.
While a small part of the ticket proceeds will contribute to event costs, the focus is firmly on raising funds and awareness for good causes.
Tickets are limited and so we advise booking as soon as possible. This is an interactive event and seating will be on mixed tables with your fellow guests.
Tickets are available for £60 per person, includes a three-course dinner, arrival drink and the evening's entertainment. Our Events Team will be in touch ahead of the evening to request your menu choices. Please scroll down to view the menu.
Seating is arranged in tables of 10–12, and bookings will be managed via the new ticketing platform launched for The Swan’s events.
