Whilst we highly recommend our packages, we understand that every couple is unique and elements may need to be tweaked to suit your plans. Our dedicated wedding team are on hand to guide you and help bring your dream day to life.
"TWO SWANS"
For the two of you, and up to 40 people you love the most
Swans pair for life, which is why our most intimate wedding package is named after them.
This package includes:
One of our private rooms for your ceremony, a choice of the McCallum, the Suffolk or the Wool Hall to suit your number of guests
A three-course wedding breakfast with tea and coffee surrounded by your closest
Our bridal suite for the night with breakfast in the morning
The McCallum, up to 24 guests, from £4,000
The Suffolk, up to 30 guests, from £4,850
The Wool Hall, up to 40 guests, from £6,200
"A BEVY OF SWANS"
Exclusive use of the Wool Hall, the Suffolk and 15 bedrooms
A bevy is the proper word for a group of swans. It is also the right word for 40 people you want to spend your special day with.
This package includes:
Menu tasting
40 day guests for your ceremony
Your three-course wedding breakfast
50 evening guests and an evening buffet
Fifteen bedrooms for your friends and family, including the bridal suite, with breakfast for all staying guests

Extra evening guests are welcome for just £35 per head
"THE WHOLE SWAN"
Every nook, every space, every bed, the whole place is yours, for up to 104 guests
This package includes:
Menu tasting for the two of you
Exclusive use of The Gallery restaurant, the Mess Call 487 restaurant, our three private rooms:the McCallum, the Suffolk and the Woolhall. The secret garden, the courtyard, the lounge and the Airmen's Bar.
Three-course wedding meal
Evening buffet
All 45 bedrooms, plus The Priory Suite and The Dairy (three-bedroom cottage), with breakfast in the morning for yourselves and all staying guests
Option to have a live band or disco*

We are licensed for indoor ceremonies, you will need to book your registrar through Sudbury Registry Office on 0345 607 2080, their fee is in addition to costs listed on this page.
Ceremony spaces are yours from 11.30am to decorate, bedrooms are available from 3pm. Early check-in is subject to avaiabilty from 1pm at £20 a room. Check-out is 11am.
Music is to finish by 11pm. Dogs are welcome.
Food and Beverage Package
Great food is always a big talking point at a wedding, so whether you prefer fancy or more simple, Head Chef Lukasz can work with you to create your dream wedding menu.
