Terms and Conditions

Gift Vouchers

1. Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, are non-refundable & non-transferable. Any vouchers previously extended due to Covid-19, must be redeemed by 1st May 2022.

2. All Gift Experiences must be used in full. No change or voucher for unused differences can be issued.

3. When making a reservation the voucher number must be quoted.

4. The actual gift voucher must be presented on arrival.

5. Any reservation made using a gift experience or voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gifts will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no-show.

6. Where purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher number is not disclosed to others. Each voucher will be valid for a single redemption only.

7. All bookings are subject to availability and change.

8. Gift Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry date. We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if a reservation has not been made or the voucher is not presented.

9. Your data is stored by us for the creation and distribution of gift vouchers. Personal Information captured includes Purchasers Name(s), Purchasers/Recipients email, Purchasers/Recipients Phone Number, Purchasers/Recipients Address. No payment information is stored or processed by us, we use a Trusted 3rd party payment processor. I agree to The Swan At Lavenham Hotel and Weavers' House Spa, storing the voucher information supplied for the purposes of voucher creation and delivery.

10. Gift vouchers are only valid against bookings made directly with the hotel, bookings made through third-party providers (for example, booking.com) are not eligible for gift voucher use.

12. Memberships Vouchers: Please contact the Spa on 01787 246 246 to arrange an appointment with our Membership liaison.

13. A Touch of Luxury voucher - we require a minimum of 48 hours notice ahead of when you wish to make use of this voucher, this is to allow sufficient time for all components to be ready for your arrival. If possible, please notify us at the time of your room booking that you wish to redeem a voucher. If your room booking is made with less than 48 hours until arrival, it may not be possible to fulfill requests to redeem at this time.

14. For any vouchers purchased that include use of the spa, these are subject to date and availability with  Weavers' House Spa, please get in touch with the spa team prior to your visit to check they are able to fulfill the requirements of your voucher.

15. Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, excludes Saturdays, Christmas, and New Year, other restrictions may apply. Includes £35 per head allowance towards dinner, excludes drinks.

16. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, valid for new bookings only. Accommodation vouchers cannot be redeemed online, please call us to book your stay.

17. Exclusions include bank holiday weekends, Easter weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and Valentine's Day. Saturday nights may be subject to a 2-night stay. 

18. High Tea voucher (2020) - must be booked in advance.

19. A Taste of Weavers' (2020) voucher - treatment to be arranged by the recipient with Weavers' House Spa. Excludes facials. 

20. Classic Break voucher - includes a three-course dinner per person in The Gallery, spa time to be booked on arrival with Weavers' House Spa. Subject to date and availability excludes Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas, New Year, other restrictions may apply.  Redeemable only for stays in a Heritage bedroom, available for new bookings only. 

21. Spa and Tea Time for 2 - must be booked in advance with Weavers' House Spa, subject to date and availability, excludes weekends and Bank Holidays. 

22. A Black Friday gift voucher must be purchased to enjoy our Black Friday offers, we are unable to take bookings without a relevant voucher. To be presented upon arrival.
