12-hour Braised Pork Belly

Roast garlic mash potato, tender stem broccoli, Chantenay carrot, Aspall cider jus, vanilla apple sauce and crackling

Trout

Served with Parmentier potatoes, broccoli, hollandaise sauce

Chicken Caesar Salad

Chicken breast, crispy bacon, anchovies, soft boiled egg, baby gem lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan shavings, focaccia croutons

Grilled Courgette

Served with red pepper gratin, olive crumb, yellow pepper coulis
