Join us in the splendour of The Gallery restaurant where Chef and his team of dedicated culinary experts await to indulge you with their specially curated five-course dinner.
Alongside dinner will be live performances by a Vintage Jazz Trio. Vocalist Stacy Collins is a proud member of the Grand Order of Lady Ratlings and has performed at numerous events across the world including the Royal Variety Charity. Accompanied by jazz pianist, Simon Brown, and bassist Tim Mills. Together they will be perform a range of classics from the great American songbook, as well as a selection of jazz classics.
