Who will solve the crime? We're incredibly excited to host another Murder Mystery Dinner here at The Swan, an interactive event perfect for channeling your inner detective. Where secrets lurk and nobody can be trusted, dive into a thrilling evening filled with twists, drama, and dark humor.

The plot

The year is 1965. Lady Penelope Forrester, Lady Camilla Hamilton, Giles Hamilton and Gabriella Giotto have gathered at the Sandringham Club within The Swan at Lavenham, and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Sir Peter Forrester. Giles Hamilton impatiently waits as he plans to ask Gabriella, the love of his life, for her hand in marriage.

Parked across the road from The Swan's grand entrance, ready to join the party, Sir Peter had just returned from negotiating a trade deal over in Brussels.

The group are busy in idle chit chat, discussing their next holiday destination, a choice of skiing in St Moritz, heading to warmer climes in the South of France, or Gabriella’s choice of Cortina in the Italian Dolomites. The group begin referencing Peter's late arrival, and how it must be unreliable transport that has made him late. Will the evening go to plan? Will Peter ever appear or is there something sinister surrounding his ghosting?

Tickets are limited and so we advise booking as soon as possible. This is an interactive event and seating will be on mixed tables with your fellow guests.

We kindly ask that guests arrive at 6:30pm for arrival drinks in preparation for the event beginning at 7pm.
