Gin Tasting with Pinkster Gin

Friday 23rd May | 6pm

Join us on Friday 23rd May for an evening of live music with gin and liqueur tasting in the courtyard.

Hosted by founder of Pinkster Gin, Stephen March, the man who spawned the flavoured gin category, this intimate event offers the opportunity to learn all about East Anglian botanicals and the importance of garnishes when serving the much adored beverage that is Gin, with tastings along the way.

Stephen will be showcasing a selection of beverages throughout the evening:

Triple Juniper (aka Naked Pinkster) – a deliciously smooth “ginny” gin made with three times as much juniper as most gins.

Pinkster Gin – The first of the pink gins, made with fresh British raspberries and heaps of juniper. It's a dry gin that happens to be pink.  Winner of countless gold medals on three continents and the gin that created a new category.

Hedgepig Zesty Elderflower Gin Liqueur – An outstanding spirit made with fresh East Anglian Elderflower.

Hedgepig Wild Bullace and Quince Gin Liqueur – A world class spirit made with East Anglian fruit that has won gold medals on two continents. Superb with cheese or as a long drink with ginger ale.

To set the mood, experience the wonderful sound of acoustic live music as we'll be joined by local musician, Al Morris.

Playing a collection of 70’s - 00s classics, guests are promised a truly captivating evening indeed.

Tickets are available for just £30 per person.
