After a busy summer, it's time to indulge in some ‘you time’, made simple with our BRAND NEW Back to Spa offer. So if you'll give us your ‘tension’ please and let’s get to grips with your back.

Most of us have an ache here or there with our backs, whether it's due to bad posture, driving, and other general repetitive tasks, not to mention being a hard to reach area- it’s time we gave it the attention your tension deserves!

- What's included -

60 minutes use of our heat and relaxation suites, includes the steam, sauna and outdoor vitality pool

60 minute back exfoliation and heated wave stone massage

Complimentary use of spa lounge and spa refreshments

Arrive an hour before your treatment time for some pre heat treatment in our outdoor vitality pool, steam and sauna to warm up your muscles.

Then relax into your 60 minute treatment combining an exfoliating back sugar scrub, to cleanse and buff away dead skin, allowing your skin to breathe and a Heated Wave Stone Massage to iron out your tension spots and ease aches and pains.
