We wouldn’t want you to miss out on your favourite date and time, so please book well in advance.
To schedule your treatments, we will need your email address, telephone number and debit or credit card details to secure your booking. We will send you a confirmation email upon booking and call you a day prior to your appointments for a reminder.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment so you can complete a health care consultation and questionnaire and be fully relaxed. We don’t ever want you to feel rushed.
USE OF SAUNA, STEAM ROOM AND VITALITY POOL
Use of the above facilities is complimentary for anyone who has booked 90 minutes or more of treatment time.
FANCY A SIDE ORDER?
If you have every thought to yourself, “I wish I could have a little more”? Then why not add one of our side orders to your treatment. A little 15-minute piece of heaven can be added to any 30-minute treatment at an additional cost! Oooooh go on, treat yourself! Check with our team for availability upon booking.
Should you wish to make any changes to your appointments please let us know, we will call you a day before to confirm treatments and timings.
Whether it’s a cappuccino, a glass of bubbly, a salad or an afternoon tea, this can be arranged! Please do note we are a compact and bijous spa, and on a busy day we may ask to serve you at the hotel (you would need to get dressed). Booking in advance for lunch or afternoon tea is advised and do let us know of any allergies. Menus are available in the spa lounge or from our spa team.
WEAVERS’ HOUSE RULES
We love all ages in our spa, but we cannot accommodate children and teens under 16 years at the spa.
To secure your appointment we will ask you for a 50% deposit. This can be paid in cash, card or gift voucher upon booking. Unfortunately, without a deposit we cant secure your booking.
We know that sometimes things go a miss, and if you can’t make your appointment please let us know 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, if you forget to cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Should you arrive late please be advised the time may be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatments.
Please let us know if there is any health history that could affect your treatments with us in advance.
Firstly congratulations, let us know so we can recommend the right treatment for you. Use of our Vitality Pool, Steam and Sauna is not permitted during pregnancy.
WHAT TO BRING?
Please bring a swimsuit if you are planning to use the Spa Facilities. Lockers are available for your belongings if you wish.
Mobiles, tablets and computers aren’t conducive to a relaxing spa experience, please leave them on silent in your lockers. Help us keep Weavers’ a digital detox zone! Peace Out!
We love a furry friend, however not everyone does. Therefore, we are a no pet zone at the spa, however our hotel would happily house them.
