Covid Safe

Whilst we will continue to wear masks during treatments, the decision is entirely up to you on whether you would like to or not, this also applies to our folk on reception. You are of course welcome to wear one if you would prefer to, and handwashing is encouraged throughout your time with us.

 

Booking Online

You are now able to book your spa time online here. If you are a member, have a group booking or would like a spa break, please email us using the contact form below.

 

Minimum Ages

We love all ages in our spa, but we cannot accommodate children and teens under 16 years at the spa.

 

Deposits

To secure your appointment, we require a 100% deposit. This can be paid via card or gift voucher upon booking. Unfortunately, without a deposit we cannot secure your booking.

 

Cancellation

We kindly ask that you advise us 24 hours prior to your treatment time to avoid any cancellation fees. Unfortunately, if you forget to cancel, and it is less than 12 hours until your appointment, you will be charged the full payment.

 

Medical Conditions

Please let us know if your health history could affect your treatments with us in advance, in addition, any allergies you may have that would affect our product selection. If you’re feeling unwell, please refrain from using the spa. If we believe you to be unwell, we reserve the right to ask you kindly to return when you are feeling better.

 

Pregnant?

Firstly, congratulations! Please do let us know prior to your visit so we can recommend the right treatment for you. Use of our vitality pool, steam and sauna are not permitted during pregnancy.

 

Late Arrivals

Should you arrive late please be advised that this time will be deducted from the duration of your scheduled treatments and we are unable to extend or move your treatment time.

 

Arrive on Time

Our guests are invited to arrive 15-minutes prior to their treatment time to complete their consultation form, shower and prepare for their treatment.

 

Confirmation Calls

We will contact you the day prior to treatment, this is also the ideal time for you to update us of any changes in health or updates to your scheduled treatments.

 

Feeling Unwell?

Whilst we would love to lift your spirits, please do reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better. We kindly ask that you advise us 24 hours prior to your treatment time to avoid any cancellation fees. Unfortunately, if you forget to cancel, and it is less than 12 hours until your appointment, you will be charged the full payment.

 

Any Changes?

Should you wish to make any changes to your appointments please let us know, we will call you the day before to confirm treatments, timings and that you are feeling well for your visit.

 

Check-in and Consultation

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment so you can complete a consultation card and have a shower if you wish, before beginning your relaxation journey. We don’t ever want you to feel rushed.

 

Use of Sauna, Steam Room and Vitality Pool

For all guests staying at The Swan at Lavenham, or visiting us on a spa day of 90 mins or more, we are now able to offer one hour’s complimentary use of the spa's facilities. Upon check in we kindly ask you call ahead or pop into the spa to check availability. We allow a maximum of 6 guests in the outdoor vitality pool, steam and sauna at one time, with a total of 1 hour’s usage per visit/night. 

Please note, the spa facilities close at 6.30pm, last entry is at 6pm and we kindly ask that guests shower in time to be able to leave the spa by 6.30pm. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

 

Spa Refreshments?

For the time being, we will be offering selected cold, soft and alcoholic beverages and healthy snacks. Please do contact us if you would like to book in for lunch, afternoon tea or dinner at our hotel’s restaurants. 

 

What To Bring? 

Please bring a swimsuit if you are planning to use the spa facilities. Lockers are available for your belongings if you wish.

 

Tranquillity

Mobiles, tablets and computers aren’t conducive to a relaxing spa experience, please leave them on silent in your lockers. Help us keep Weavers’ a digital detox zone! Peace out!

 

Pets

We love a furry friend, but sadly not everyone does. Therefore, we are a no pet zone at the spa, however our hotel would happily house them.

 

Vouchers

Give the gift of spa with our bespoke gift vouchers, these are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, ask our team for details.  If you have a voucher that has expired whilst we have been closed, kindly email us.

 

Spa Memberships

We have 3 spa membership options available, suitable for a rookie right through to a spa connoisseur! Please ask a member of our team for more details, prices start at just £60 per month.

This is not permitted anywhere in or around the spa.
