Welcome to The Gallery Restaurant
Arguably one of The Swan's finest features, The Gallery Restaurant offers a magnificent spot in the centre of our 15th-century home, with a new unique culinary experience to help you enjoy more of Suffolk's best produce.
Oak beams drape the room, chandelier lighting sets the mood, and our resident pianist, Peter Durrent, can be heard every Sunday lunchtime, filling the room with a beautifully soft melody. The Gallery Restaurant is a hive of activity all day long, 7 days a week, serving breakfast for all of our hotel guests first thing, followed by a flow of classic lunch dishes and Afternoon Tea's, and finishing with dinner service in the evening.
Children aged 8 and over are welcome to dine in The Gallery restaurant.
Dress Code
We kindly ask that guests of The Gallery dress for the occasion in smart, casual attire. No trainers, sportswear, tracksuits or caps please.
Lunch
Lunch is served daily between 12pm and 2:30pm.
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea is available in The Gallery between 12pm and 4 pm, Monday through Saturday, and between 2:30pm and 4pm on Sundays. We kindly ask that Afternoon Tea is pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance, you can find out more about our Afternoon Tea experiences by selecting the menu from the scroller below.
Dinner
Dinner is served in The Gallery between 6pm and 9pm each evening, and you can see a sample menu for The Gallery in the scroller below.
