MASSAGE

The healing benefits of massage date back thousands of years. The power of touch reduces anxiety, calms the nervous system, promotes healthy blood and lymphatic function, reduces pains and strains, alleviates headaches and releases tension. The pressure in massage combined with the speed can change the experience each time.

*If you have a specific reason for booking in, perhaps consider a course of massage with us, after all, the discomfort you feel wasn’t accumulated in an hour, and we can’t ‘undo’ it all in an hour either.

SOFT-MEDIUM PRESSURE

A soft to medium pressured massage is a holistic touch designed for complete relaxation. A reassuring gentle touch provides TLC, comfort and tranquillity. A massage doesn’t need to be all elbows and ouch… but a slow, consistent rhythmical movement with just enough pressure to release all that internalised stress.

FIRM-INTENSIVE PRESSURE

A firm intensive pressure for those who ‘want to feel’ a deeper pressure, often due to sports, over-worked or over-stressed muscles. A firm pressure can be felt up to two days post massage as the muscles will have been worked hard. If you don’t usually have a massage, this is NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Includes use of elbows and forearms to iron out your stress and tension.

TIMINGS…

You will notice that we don’t have a 30-minute option for massage, and that’s because it’s just not long enough. We want you to immerse yourself in the world of spa, take some time out and not get a ‘quick fix’. There is no shortcut to nirvana and there are no 30-minute massages either!

60-minutes - this will fly by, as we massage your full body and lull you into being present for an hour, purely your time, in our hands.

90-minutes - this allows us to work a little more on the areas you are needing it. Curating your experience based on how you would like to feel and that oh-so-more time to deliver the relaxation result you crave.
